It is our aim to ensure that all orders are sent out within one-two working days of your order being placed. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)
Your order will be dispatched within the above timescale as soon as your payment has been approved and your delivery/billing address has been verified. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email notification when your order has been processed and another when dispatched. If you do not receive any emails then please contact us at email@example.com. It may mean that there is an error in the email address you gave us or that the email is caught up in your spam or junk mailbox.
Please note that some items (detailed in product desciption) are dispatched by a third party fulfilment company and as a result will be delivered seperately. Delivery for these items may be a little longer but will be sent by First Class Recorded delivery at no extra expense to the customer. We still aim to deliver within the above times.
If your items are lost or delayed (this is out of our control so we do not take responsibility) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and we will do our best to investigate for you. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.

Standard First Class Royal Mail UK (no tracking) - £3.99*
UK orders sent out by First Class Royal Mail usually take 1-3 working days to arrive, but please note that this is not a guaranteed service.
Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For - £6.99
Royal mail aim to deliver your First Class Recorded item the next working day. We will try to dispatch within the normal timescales (see above) Please note that this is not a fully tracked service. Recorded Signed For™ means you will have to sign for the delivery upon receipt. UK mainland only.

will be sent free of charge using Standard First Class Royal Mail
service. You are free to choose the Royal Mail First Class Recorded Signed For
service but this will be at the normal cost for this service (pls refer above). Please also note that all Silver Jewellery items are excluded from this offer.
Non-gift wrapped items are simply packed in a bubble padded envelope or suitably packed in a non-tear posting bag. Larger, more bulky items will be suitably packaged and sent in a cardboard box.
Delivery Outside the UK: items will be dispatched with 1-2 working days once payment has been received and confirmed, using standard Royal Mail Airmail services.
Delivery to European destinations will take 3-5 days, major cities worldwide (outside of Europe) within 5 days and to World Zone 2 (Australia and New Zealand) within 7 days.
These are guideline delivery times and we cannot be held responsible for any delays.
**Please note the maximum delivery weight for each zone. Gift Wrap option is not available for orders made (or delivered) outside the UK.
When placing an order with TillyandPearl to be delivered outside the UK the customer is responsible for any additional postage costs incurred where the maximum weight and/or Royal Mail size dimensions are exceeded.

Where weight and /or size dimensions for total order are exceeded we will contact you via email and inform you of the additional cost. This will need to be paid by Paypal or bank transfer. Your items will only be dispatched once all delivery costs have been met and payment has been received.
Length, width and depth must not be greater than 900mm and the greatest single dimension must not exceed 600mm.
Please note that the maximum weight for any single Royal Mail Airmail delivery is 2kgs.

Cancellation, Refunds and Exchanges
At TillyandPearl we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, in the event that you wish to return or exchange an item then please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible and explain why you are returning an item and we can assist you with your return.
We will exchange (we will only exchange for the same item in a different size, subject to availability) or refund any unused item excluding sale items, providing it is returned to us in a saleable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging, with original labels attached, with your receipt/delivery note and within 14 working days from the date you placed your order.
Please note that items are returned at the customers' expense and we recommend that your returns should be sent by recorded delivery as we cannot take responsibility for goods which do not reach us.
Returns Information for products dispatched by third part fulfilment compananies:
Certain items (indicated in product description) are dispatched by third party fulfilment companies from a separate location. We aim to ensure that all items are of the highest quality, however, in the unlikely event that you wish to return these items you should return them to the address provided on the delivery slip in the original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. A 10% admin charge is applied and deducted from the refund of these items. Postage is not refunded and all return postage is to be met by the customer.
Refunds on all undamaged and correctly returned items will be made within 30 days of the date of return of the item to TillyandPearl.
